my favorite part of this book is when reacher is waiting for the men in the white suits. he is hiding in the bushes and is using some sort of mallet and hits them in the back of the head and he is described as some sort of "nightmare". been awhile since i have read this one but if you know what im talking about that is a cool part.

Have to agree 100% there Andy - that whole intro how Reacher evaluates the capabilities of the cops and decides to go quietly. Also like the passage "I drink coffee like an alcoholic drinks vodka"

Where it all began... "I was arrested at Eno's Diner at twelve o'clock. Eating....."

One of the best openings to a book I've ever read, and remains one of the fatest books I've ever read too.

Thank you, Lee, for giving us Jack (none) Reacher.
